REPORTING CTRS PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT & DISCIPLINARY ISSUES

NCTRC considers alleged violations of the NCTRC Certification Standards a serious offense and encourages all responsible parties to contact NCTRC with any direct knowledge of CTRS professional misconduct.

NCTRC takes all reports of misconduct seriously, as NCTRC’s mission is to protect the public by promoting the provision of quality services offered by NCTRC certificants. NCTRC standards and procedures relating to conduct in practice were developed for the protection of the consumer.

Alleged violations of the NCTRC Certification Standards must be submitted in writing to the NCTRC Executive Director and should identify the person(s) alleged to be involved and the facts concerning the alleged conduct in as much detail as possible.

Please review the NCTRC Certification Standards for further information on the NCTRC process for review of complaints/allegations, notice & investigation procedures, grounds for issuing sanctions, and rendering of decisions.
