HOW TO VERIFY A DIGITAL BADGE

Click the badge: When someone (like an employer or colleague) clicks on your digital badge, they will be directed to a page through the Credly badging platform providing information about your qualifications and skills, including personalized issuance and expiration dates. Each badge issued by NCTRC® is uniquely linked to data hosted on the Credly badging platform which protects from individuals making false claims about an earned credential or claiming someone else’s credential.
Verification through the Credly platform: NCTRC® use the Credly badging platform to issue and verify digital badges. NCTRC is proud to provide digital badges as a sustainable, secure, and verifiable way for individuals to showcase their expertise and credibility within the profession.
Look for verification details: When a badge is clicked on, the Credly verification page includes a digital image, issuer information, description, skills learned, earning criteria, earners name, and personalized issuance and expiration dates.
